Cancellation Policy
Glam Membership Policy – Damali Marshall Beauty By joining, you agree to the following: • Payment & Membership Billed monthly, non-refundable, non-transferable. Cancel anytime with 14-day notice before next billing. No discounts — value is added with gifts, priority booking, etc. • Sessions & Scheduling Sessions must be used within the month paid. No rollovers unless approved. Members must book in advance — priority booking is offered but not guaranteed without scheduling. • Reschedule / Cancellations 48-hour notice required to reschedule (limit 1 reschedule per month). Late cancellations or no-shows = session forfeited. • Late Arrivals 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, session time may be shortened. 15+ minutes late = session may be canceled and counted as used. • Studio Etiquette Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. No guests unless approved. Personal makeup products not used unless pre-approved. • Gifts & Perks Lipsticks, lashes, or touch-up kits are complimentary gifts (no cash value, no exchanges). Members receive early booking access for events, classes, or seasonal offers. • Final Notes All sales are final. Memberships can’t be shared or transferred. Policies help protect time, maintain fairness, and preserve a luxury experience.
