Expertise-to-Income Clarity Session™ A 60-minute strategy session for nurses and professionals who know they have more to offer beyond the job, but need clarity on how to organize, position, and monetize their expertise. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore aligned income possibilities, simplify your direction, and map out realistic next steps based on your lifestyle, experience, and goals. You’ll leave with: • A clearer direction • A starting offer idea • Personalized next steps • A roadmap for moving forward with confidence This session is designed to help you stop overthinking and start moving.
Cancellation Policy
Effective March 2026 Damali Marshall offers alignment calls, clarity/strategy sessions, and 1:1 coaching programs. By booking any service you agree to these terms. Payment Full payment is required at time of booking. All major credit cards, PayPal, and Cash App accepted. Cancellation & Rescheduling Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable. Free alignment calls cancelled without notice will not be rebooked. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session or program has begun. For coaching programs, no refunds will be issued once payment is completed and the program has started. Pre-Work Strategy session clients must complete the intake form at least 48 hours before their session. Failure to submit may result in a rescheduled session. Confidentiality All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent. Intellectual Property All frameworks, materials, and content created by Damali Marshall are her intellectual property and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
