Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Damali Marshall Beauty General rules *Masks are optional. If you display cold symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Miscellaneous: * No extra guests are allowed. *No gum or excessive phone use during your appointment to ensure your appointment is completed in a timely manner. FYI: **No eyebrow grooming services are offered. Please come with your eyebrows groomed. Retainer Fees: A non-refundable non transferable retainer fee is required to book . This fee does go towards your balance. Late appointments: There is a $15 late fee, after the 15 min. grace period, you may have to be rescheduled and your retainer will be lost. Cancellations A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule once within 60 days without repaying the retainer fee. If you are unable to reschedule within 60 days a new retainer fee will be required, and you will be unable to book another appointment if this appointment is missed. (Late charges and No call, no show fees will be applied if applicable.)
